Klinge coats parts up to 30 feet in length and in lot sizes ranging from small to large. We process many parts with complex masking requirements and intricate details.
Coatings are commonly applied to exotic alloys, titanium, aluminum, steel, fiberglass, plastic, glass, and other substrates.
Klinge is an authorized FAA repair station subcontractor and maintains U.S. government contracts for the refurbishment of military equipment.
Our engineering staff provides first article inspection process development. We routinely work with prime contractors to generate approved processes.

Flexibility is essential at times and Klinge offers your company services that will benefit both you and your client. We offer an expedited service of 2 - 4 days for some applications. Typical orders ship in 5 to 7 business days. Coatings with multiple bake cycles and/or complicated masking may require additonal processing time.
