I just wanted to take some time out to thank you and your staff for the diligent, professional, and high quality performance that you demonstrated for us and our customer.
We were faced with a major task, with minimal time, and no room for error. What made the task more complex was the fact that it was the first time the project had been performed, since a trial run over 4 years ago, and some the paint requirements had changed. Klinge really stepped up to the plate in working with us on assuring us the we were using the current process specs, and what we needed to do to replace the original paint, which was no longer available, Troy and Jerry worked with both Euclid and our customer Rolls-Royce to make sure that all the necessary changes were understood and documented. On top of this, Klinge was able to provide the necessary attention to assure that Euclid had time to beat the original delivery date. As a result of this effort, Euclid was able to deliver the parts ahead of schedule, assuring that our customer would be able to also deliver ahead of its critical schedule.
